our factory have raw material cut center, base and component surphase process center, rollers process center and assemble center.

for our roll forming machine, the most important part is rollers.

for roller material, our engineer will consider your material , material thickness and hardness , and profile to decide which material to make, usually machine for roofing sheet , No.45 steel plated with hard chrome will used , which hardness about 58HRC.

usually machine for purlin machine, GR15 material with quentch treatment will adopted.

then roller process, process is as important as material choose, just like we make dinner, we choose what to cook, and how to cook.

these choose affect the final dinner, nice or not.

our rollers are the same. our CNC machine process rollers digtally and smoothly. which enable final product smoothly and presizely. we totally have 18 CNC machines, which enable us make one set roofing machine rollers within two work days.
