Main features of RACK upright forming machine:
1. The shelves racks are flat, with high precision within 1mm
2. The 82mm solid shaft and H-shaped steel are used as the underframe, so that the machine can withstand long-term production without deformation of the machine, thus ensuring long-term production of racks
3. The rollers are processed by CNC machine tools to ensure the accuracy of the rollers, and thus the accuracy of racks.
4. Our cut frames and punch frame are stress-relieved to ensure that they are not deformed during the long-term production process, making the final racks smooth.
5. Use Mitsubishi or Siemens operating system with stable performance, simple operation, once input length and quantity,rack machine automatically produced and the cutting length tolerance is within ± 2mm
