for thin and hard material, people used barrel machine to make, the disadvantage of barrel machine is manual feeding cutted pieces. but it can make corrugate sheet with thin and hard material .

the distance between rollers is 0.3mm, while material 0.17mm, that mean rollers can not touch material, not to say form the material. which will make corruage sheet effective width much wider, that mean the final corrugate sheet ugly in look,
wave like triangle, wave flatten, both two side wave even flatten….
corrugate sheets from our roll forming machine has no such problem, we make special design rollers, and use about 23 rollers stations to form the corrugate sheets.
for now, you can see from video, we are making four such corrugate machine in our factory, you will see the corrugate sheet 0.17mm thickness, as thin as paper, but final shape very beautiful.
