while some factory technicians wont go to customer factory, they are afraid they will be detained if their forming machines can not work. they know well their quality is bad.
while we are confident of our roll fomers quality, our boss can go . he purchase raw material, install rolling machines, so he know our rollform machines well. now with American visa, he can go many countries without extra visa, he can go any time to Mexico, Colombia, Honduras and so on, he also have brazil visa valid for 5 years.
